Generative AI in Insurance

Unstructured data—like information within emails, scans, documents, phone calls—is largely untamable through traditional automation or OCR technologies. As a result, language-based tasks such as reading, writing, and summarizing account for around 62% of an employee's time.

Generative AI tools offer the potential to augment people dealing with these language-based tasks and are predicted to impact every job category—from office admin to sales; legal to engineering; claims to underwriting. This session discusses how to effectively adopt and deploy generative AI across your insurance operation.
