
Robin L. Spaulding is an experienced insurance executive and consultant with over three decades of expertise in property and casualty insurance. Robin began her career as a claims representative trainee after earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from Drake University. Robin held a series of progressively senior roles across multiple insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and a managed care company, culminating in her position as Divisional Vice President of Claims. Following her tenure in the industry, she transitioned into consulting, where she advised clients for 15 years on future-state strategy development, Target Operating Models, and insurance platform implementations. Most recently, Robin has focused on integrating AI technologies into claims operations, helping clients modernize and optimize their claims value chains. She holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations. Robin is known for saying, “Any day that starts with a conversation about insurance is going to be a great day.” Robin resides in Round Rock, Texas with her husband, Doug. Robin is a soccer mom, proud Iowa Hawkeye fan and a wiener dog fancier.
