Robin L. Spaulding is an experienced insurance executive and consultant with over three decades of expertise in property and casualty insurance. Most recently, she has focused on integrating AI technologies into claims operations, helping clients modernize and optimize their claims value chains. She holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations.

Beginning her career as a claims representative trainee, she held a series of progressively senior roles across multiple insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and a managed care company, culminating in her position as Divisional Vice President of Claims. Following her tenure in the industry, Robin transitioned into consulting, where she advised clients on future-state strategy development, Target Operating Models, and insurance platform implementations.
