Guardrails for AI: How Human-in-the-Loop Improves Accuracy and Reliability in Insurance
February 3, 2026 | 2pm ET | 45 minutes
Trust in AI starts with accuracy. Human-in-the-loop (HITL) enables insurers to scale AI while maintaining accountability in their workflows. In this session, we’ll explore how humans and AI work together across insurance operations – combining automation with expert oversight where it adds the most value.
You’ll see how HITL improves AI accuracy over time, supports governance expectations, and ensures organizations retain clear ownership of decisions and outcomes. We’ll also share practical guidance on designing HITL workflows that reduce exceptions instead of creating bottlenecks – so AI continues to learn, teams stay in control, and operations move faster with confidence.
Register to learn:
- The role human-in-the-loop plays in improving AI accuracy, oversight, and trust in insurance
